You started a new math or physics course and you are struggling with it. So is time to hire a tutor. There are plenty of options available. You google "math tutor" or "physics tutor" and tens of options are available to you. The question is how to choose the best match for you. As academic coaches, teachers and tutors for mathematics one of the questions we hear time after time from frustrated students is "what do I need this for" or "where will I use this". And I would definitely partly agree with these questions. There are really topics and concepts in mathematics that many of us will never use  or see again in our lives. But from that to argument, to go to the other extreme and completely disregard mathematics it is a whole different conservation.

There are many factors irrelevant with the school itself that have significant impact on the academic achievement of students.

What I would like to do in this article is to go through them and make some recommendations on how to handle them in order to have the desired outcome which of course is the best possible marks  for students.

These factors fall in two main categories:

a) Health: There is no doubt about the importance of this one in the success of everyone. Healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, seeds, grains, nuts and beans is very important.
